I didn’t know this guy’s name was Gideon. I should have asked his name ages ago, since I buy coffee from him on practically a daily basis. I love this dude, and I love his shop. He looks more haggard all the time, though. I’m a little worried about him.

Oh, and this is Gideon, owner of the charming, idiosyncratic shambles that is Gene on Kingsway and Main St. in Vancouver, and also the namesake of my dog, kinda*.  You can see how the dog is kinda Gideonesque.
